Abstract Submission
April 1 – May 30, 2026 OPEN NOW
Early Bird Registration & Abstract Submission
Submit your abstract and register at the discounted early bird rate. Oral Presenter IDR 700.000 / USD 44 — valid through May 30, 2026.
May 31 – June 25, 2026
Regular Registration & Abstract Submission
Standard registration period. Oral Presenter regular fee IDR 900.000 / USD 56 applies. Abstract submission open until June 25.
June 26 – 30, 2026
Abstract Acceptance Announcement
Authors will be notified via email regarding the acceptance of their abstract. Reviewer feedback will be provided.
Paper & Payment
July 1, 2026
Registration Payment Deadline
All payments must be completed and proof uploaded through the Confgate system by this date to confirm participation.
July 1, 2026
Full Paper Submission Deadline
Upload your final manuscript (.docx) through Confgate. Only complete papers submitted by this deadline will be reviewed for publication.

Oral Presenter

Present your research verbally in a plenary or parallel session. Full paper submission required. Indexed publication eligible.

Display your research as a printed poster during the poster session. A cost-effective option for sharing work-in-progress research.

Participant

Attend and listen to all conference sessions without presenting. Available offline (in person) or online (virtual).

Payment Instructions

Payment details will be provided upon abstract acceptance. Complete payment by July 1, 2026 and upload proof through your Confgate account.
