All abstract, full paper, and payment submissions for ICEHP 2026 are conducted through the official Confgate online system.

Submission of Abstract and Full Paper

[IMPORTANT]
To submit an abstract, authors must create an account first. The full paper can be submitted only after the abstract is submitted.
[IMPORTANT]
The entire submission process is done fully online (NOT by email).

Create an account on Confgate using your email address.

Log in and submit your abstract with title, authors, affiliation, and keywords.

Upload the full paper (.docx) after your abstract is accepted.

Download LoA and LoI directly from your account once accepted.

Payment of Registration Fee

[IMPORTANT]
After payment, author MUST upload the payment proof through their account (NOT by email).
[NOTE]
Payment receipt can be downloaded from your account once confirmed by the committee.

Log in to Confgate and upload the payment proof through your dashboard.

Download payment receipt from your account once confirmed.
