Manuscript Requirements
All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review at another journal or conference. The manuscript must be written in English.
Page count includes all tables, figures, and references.
Manuscript Structure
- Title — concise and informative, max 20 words
- Author names and affiliations — full names, institution, country, and corresponding author email
- Abstract — structured, max 250 words, including background, methods, results, and conclusions
- Keywords — 4–6 keywords
- Introduction — background, objectives, and rationale
- Methods — detailed enough for replication
- Results — presented clearly with tables and figures
- Discussion — interpretation in context of existing literature
- Conclusion — summary of findings and implications
- Acknowledgements — funding, assistance (if applicable)
- References — APA 7th edition format
Figures & Tables
- All figures must be at least 300 dpi resolution
- Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.)
- All tables and figures must be cited in the body text
- Captions must be self-explanatory
References
All references must follow APA 7th Edition format. A minimum of 15 references is recommended, with at least 80% from the last 10 years. Use DOI links where available.
Presentation Requirement
Accepted papers must be registered and presented at the conference by at least one of the authors. Papers will only be processed for publication if they are presented at the conference.
