Paper Review Process

All submitted papers undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific quality and integrity.

Review Workflow

Paper Review Process

1

Initial Screening

Upon submission, the editorial team performs an initial check for completeness, formatting compliance, scope relevance, and adherence to ethical standards. Papers that do not meet basic requirements will be returned to authors.

2

Double-Blind Peer Review

Eligible papers are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers in the relevant field. Both author and reviewer identities are concealed throughout the process. Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, results, and contribution to the field.

3

Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer feedback, the editorial committee makes one of four decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Authors are notified by email with detailed reviewer comments.

4

Revision & Resubmission

Authors of papers requiring revision must submit a revised manuscript together with a point-by-point response to the reviewers' comments within the specified deadline.

5

Final Acceptance & Publication

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Post-conference, accepted and presented papers will be processed for publication in the indexed journals (Scopus, Sinta, JSKK, JPJO).
